Paul Fonolla, PresidentPaul Fonolla joined the company in November 2002. Since then, he has been responsible for the technology strategy of the company, including forecasting and development of new products, hosting of our customers as well as delivery of products and solutions to customers. He has been able to manage operational growth to meet the rapidly escalating needs of a dynamically expanding organization. He has been also responsible of the operations outside the United States (including full P&L responsibility) as President of HRsmart International. As part of this role, he opened two new branches: Argentina (to obtain low cost development and quality assurance resources) and France (our HQ for Europe). He lead and execute two acquisitions -including all required due diligences-: South Africa (51%) and UK (80% to become 100%) – both operations are very succesfully ones, started by partners while ago. Pablo has also established several business alliances to expand our sales force without additional investment from HRsmart: Singapore and India, as well as worked very closely with Monster to support their efforts in several developing markets (Mexico, South Africa, Brazil, etc) Fonolla brings to our organization more than 25 years of experience in high technology companies, including active participation in two start-ups (one was his own company, sold back in 1995), and hold several executive positions in top global companies like NEC, Nortel, etc . He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He is an executive with extensive experience in general management, including technology, operations, strategic planning, business alliances, finance government affairs and business development. Pablo has been involved in business all around the globe (North America -United States, Canada and Mexico-, Europe, Middle East, Far East and Latin America). |
