HRsmart Appoints New Vice President and General Manager David Alcaraz to Lead Europe, Middle East and North Africa

Richardson, TEXAS -- HRsmart, the only HR software company with the fully integrated talent management suite on one flexible technology platform, announced today the addition of David Alcaraz to its executive management team. Alcaraz will assume the role of Vice President and General Manager of HRsmart Europe, Middle East and North Africa with a vision toward expanding HRsmart’s global footprint.

In his new role, Alcaraz will be responsible for developing HRsmart’s infrastructure, sales, client support and implementation of HRsmart’s operations in Europe, Middle East and North Africa.

Prior to joining HRsmart, Alcaraz served as Vice President of Product Management for Monster Worldwide, where he was responsible for managing Monster’s eBusiness and solutions product roadmap and innovation pipeline in Europe. He was also Director of Product Strategy for Mr. Ted, a leading provider of talent management solutions, and was the Founder and CEO of ARISE, an international online job board and recruitment agency.
