Workforce Planning: Leveraging Today for Tomorrow

For those of you whom attended our webinar today, we appreciate the incredible feedback and participation. We'd really like to keep the conversation going to get better insight into what your are doing today for workforce planning, what challenges you face planning your workforce strategy or executing your strategy based on your research. At the request of a couple of attendees, we will be posting a sample survey to use for interviewing high performers to get insight into quality of hire. We'll post to the blog with links and usage very soon.

The next webinar in this series will be entitled 'Moving The Needle' and will address what to do with the data you've gathered, how to use your formula to effect change and how to make sure the changes you make are lasting.
