Jason Gillespie, Senior Vice President of ImplementationJason Gillespie has a strong background in operations management, process improvement and project management in the professional services and high technology industries.
Jason started his career in professional services, spending over eight years with Andersen Consulting and Capgemini Consulting. He held multiple positions in his nine years with Paging Network Inc; including five years has Senior Vice President of Technical Operations. In this role, he was responsible for all technical projects including implementing multi-million dollar nationwide paging networks and deploying new internal enterprise systems.
In his last role prior to HRsmart, Jason led a PMO focused on strategic projects for Nokia. These projects spanned across the entire North American operations including; Sales, Manufacturing, HR, Customer Service and Marketing.
In addition, he brings a diverse amount of professional and strategic skills in all aspects of leading a successful business.
